Your area of work: Join one of the world's leading international clearing and settlement organizations and take on a senior role withinour Financial Accounting team. In a dynamic, client-focused, and technology-driven environment, you will beresponsible for a wide range of accounting tasks for various Clearstream entities. You will play a key part in ouraccounting operations, contribute to critical closing processes, and support legal entity reporting in a challengingand rewarding role. Your responsibilities: • Contribute to the execution of daily financial accounting operations, maintaining stability and accuracy,support in ad-hoc requests from external stakeholders. • Support the monthly and quarterly closing processes and prepare trial balance reconciliations to ensuretimely and precise financial reporting. • Assist in the preparation of assigned annual accounts in accordance with both Lux GAAP standards. • Support the Senior financial accountants in providing documentation for internal and external audits andpreparing simple analyses. • Follow internal guidelines on controls and reconciliations around all accounting activities. Ensure the properapplication of accounting policies and contribute to updating procedures as necessary. • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the general ledger chart of accounts, maintain clean books forassigned entities. Your profile: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accountancy. • 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained within a banking institution or a major auditfirm. • Basic knowledge of Accounting in general and appetite to develop expertise into IFRS and Lux GAAP. • You are a detail-focused and proactive team player with the ability to work independently. You possess theflexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. • Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory. Proficiency in French and/or German will beconsidered a strong asset.
