The team collaborates with a broad range of financial services stakeholders to strengthen regulatory compliance and trust. What your role will look like As an Associate, you contribute to client engagements that strengthen AML/CFT frameworks and risk management practices. Your work supports clients in meeting regulatory expectations while building robust, sustainable controls. Contribute to AML/CFT client assignments, supporting the review and design of AML/CFT programmes and key components. Participate in AML risk assessments and risk appetite exercises, translating regulatory expectations into practical insights. Support reviews of customer due diligence files and the effectiveness of AML/CFT procedures in practice. Collaborate with various industry participants such as management companies, transfer agents, custodians, and domiciliary agents. Contribute to broader Risk Assurance assignments, including internal audit and internal controls projects, depending on engagement needs. Your growth and opportunities: You will progressively build exposure to a wide range of AML/CFT topics and client environments. Over time, you will take ownership of defined work areas and deepen your understanding of financial crime risks and controls. You will learn alongside experienced professionals through on‑the‑job coaching and diverse engagements. The skills you bring: Master's degree or equivalent in Audit, Business, Economics, Financial Crime, or a related field. Working knowledge of AML/CFT concepts and regulatory expectations. Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel for analysis and documentation. Language skills: English (CEFR level to be confirmed); French and/or German (CEFR level to be confirmed). Ways of working: Think critically and structure information to support sound risk‑based judgments. Work collaboratively with others, contributing reliably to shared objectives in diverse teams.
