Fund Corporate Officer F/M - AIFM Reference: LU876917 Luxembourg (LU) EUR 55K - 65K per year Permanent Property and Real Estate We are representing a well-established and growing international Luxembourg-based AIFM. They are hiring a Fund Corporate Officer F/M to support and coordinate governance processes throughout the legal lifecycle of the AIFM's funds and SPVs. Key Responsibilities: This is an in-house company officer role with the following responsibilities: • Manage key corporate events, including incorporations, restructurings, liquidations, and distributions • Lead the end-to-end organisation of Board and Committee meetings, including preparation of packs, active participation, and accurate minute-taking • Ensure timely and accurate filings with the Trade & Companies Register • Coordinate account openings and KYC/onboarding processes with relevant counterparties • Support and execute investment, investor, and financing closings • Oversee and streamline signature and documentation processes • Act as a central point of contact between directors, service providers, and internal stakeholders • Participate in ad hoc projects and exceptional corporate events within a regulated AIFM framework Profile: • 3+ years of experience in a similar company secretary/corporate officer role within the Luxembourg financial sector • Solid understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (AIFs, SPVs) and governance frameworks • Fluency in English • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and boards What's in It for You: • Join an international structure offering real long-term career development opportunities • Evolve within a dynamic and collaborative environment • Benefit from a strong work-life balance • Receive an attractive and comprehensive compensation package aligned with your expertise and experience • Become part of a reputable and stable organisation recognised for its expertise and low team turnover
