We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards throughout each shift. Your responsibilities include supervising and training staff, coordinating daily operations, managing shift schedules, monitoring service quality, and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring operational costs. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, quick decision-making abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure while motivating the team to achieve shared goals. We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in the restaurant industry, proven leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in staff management, workforce scheduling, and basic restaurant financial management is considered an advantage.
