Fund Financing & Treasury F/M - Asset Management Reference: LU876978 Luxembourg Permanent Financial Services Our firm is currently supporting a leading international asset management platform in the search for a Fund Financing & Treasury profile to join its Luxembourg office. This opportunity is suited to a treasury or fund operations professional looking to develop within a fast-growing private markets environment, working closely with investment, finance, and fund administration teams. Key Responsibilities • Support the treasury function across a range of private debt funds • Manage liquidity processes and financing activities, including revolving credit facilities and leverage structures • Coordinate capital calls and cash movements with fund administrators and investors • Monitor cash balances and support funding and repayment decisions • Liaise with accounting, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and external counterparties on treasury-related matters • Assist with FX risk management activities and treasury controls • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, systems implementation, and reporting enhancements • Ensure operations are conducted in line with fund documentation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Candidate Profile • At least 4 years of experience within Fund Treasury, Fund Operations, Middle Office, or Fund Finance in asset management, private debt, or alternative investments. • Experience in asset management is mandatory. • Good understanding of closed-ended fund structures and liquidity management processes • Experience working with legal and financing documentation, including LPAs and fund financing agreements • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Key Competencies • Treasury & Liquidity Management • Fund Financing & Capital Calls • Private Debt / Alternative Investments • Fund Operations • FX Risk Management • Stakeholder Coordination • Process Improvement & Systems Implementation
