For our Road Logistics team, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist (m/f/d) who ensures smooth daily operations, delivers excellent customer service, and continuously drives process optimisation across transport activities. Summary: ▪ You support smooth supply chain operations through hands-on shipment management and coordination. ▪ You ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering reliable service and responsive communication. ▪ You contribute to continuous process optimization to improve efficiency and operational performance. Your Responsibilities: ▪ Manage and monitor shipments in our TMS ▪ Ensure smooth daily operations in line with SOPs and QHSE standards ▪ Proactively handle deviations, delays, and customer enquiries ▪ Manage complaints and support invoicing processes ▪ Drive continuous improvement of processes, capacity, and cost efficiency Who we are looking for: ▪ Experience in road logistics / freight forwarding (min. 2 years) ▪ Strong operational mindset with focus on execution and quality ▪ Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and resilient under pressure ▪ Team player with strong communication skills ▪ English required; French and/or German is a plus
