Contract Type : Open term / Full Time Location Leudelange Experience Level Management Home Office Yes, partially possible Your Job in a Nutshell The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems. This role requires a deep understanding of VMware vSAN and hybrid cloud environments, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals. What you can expect Design, implement, and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services. Oversee and maintain VMware vSAN environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Develop and execute strategies for hybrid cloud integration, leveraging both on-premises and cloud resources. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect IT assets and data. Manage vendor relationships related to IT infrastructure. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Be on top of industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for technology upgrades and improvements. What we expect Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, in a Team Lead position. Strong expertise in VMware vSAN, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience in hybrid cloud environments (e.g. Azure) and cloud integration strategies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization solutions. Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
