You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Acting as the primary quality contact for customers from project phase through series production Planing, creating, and maintaining control plans, test instructions, and advanced quality planning (incl. FMEA, PPAP, product & process release) Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality KPIs; managing cross-functional improvement actions using statistical methods Coordinating initial sampling, customer release, requalification, and process/capability studies (incl. measurement capability) Handling and resolving customer complaints and claims using the 8D methodology in compliance with WIMS Q1/Q3 Preparing, conducting, and documenting internal and external process audits; managing corrective actions and ensure effectiveness Supporting feasibility assessments, risk-analysis, and implementation of required quality and production processes Here's what you can bring to the team: Engineering degree (Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering or similar) with several years of experience in quality and/or product roles in a manufacturing environment Strong technical understanding of production processes and quality management systems (APQP/QVP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949) Proven expertise in quality methods and tools, including root cause analysis (8D, 5‑Why, Ishikawa), SPC, MSA, and continuous improvement Experience in managing non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions in line with customer and industry standards Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make structured decisions Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills; effective technical interface to customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Confident use of MS Office and SAP (QM/MM), very good English skills (German a strong asset), leadership capability, and willingness to travel Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
