Title: Senior IT OPERATIONAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR – CDI Dept: SECURITY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE Ref: ITD_SQA - CDI Description: The Department acts as IT first line of defence, and is responsible of administration and setup of the internal and external security systems, and network infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior IT Operational Security Administrator to strengthen our IT first line of defence by managing internal/external security systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Core Security Operations: Perform operational tasks related to security equipment maintenance and compliance control implementation Administer and maintain enterprise security infrastructure including antivirus, firewalls, load balancers, email/web gateways, and related systems Coordinate incident response follow-ups Implement and maintain system hardening measures across the infrastructure Monitoring & Threat Management: Monitor and respond to security alerts raised by SIEM, SOC, and other monitoring/alerting systems, ensuring proactive threat detection and timely remediation Oversee vulnerability management program using Nessus, including scan configuration, scheduling, administration, and remediation tracking Privileged Access Management: Manage and administer the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, including: Configuration and policy enforcement User provisioning and access reviews Backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity Ongoing operational maintenance, updates, and performance optimization Strategic Contributions: Provide security expertise and support for design and architecture projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into infrastructure initiatives Preferred Qualifications (Added Value): Knowledge of Cisco network, telephony systems. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions Job Requirements: Education & Experience Degree in Information Security or Computer Science Proven experience with enterprise security solutions Previous experience in financial services (asset) Technical Skills Strong expertise in multiple security technologies: firewalls, load balancers, NAC, SIEM, SOC, PAM Experience with antivirus solutions, proxy, mail gateway, and telephony/PABX systems (asset) Professional Competencies Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Availability for on-call support outside business hours Effective communication and organizational abilities Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3) If you are interested in this position and meet the job requirements, please apply by clicking on our Nomura Recruitment Gateway.
