About this role
Description des tâches: Voltcore is a Luxembourg deep-tech startup developing conductive polymer heating textiles for automotive and apparel markets (Audi, BMW, Forvia). As Textile Process Engineer you will turn conductive filaments into finished heating fabrics: • design woven fabric architectures on rapier looms; • integrate electrode and heating filaments; • develop heat-setting, coating/impregnation and lamination processes (TPU, CoPES, CoPA); • run and analyse weaving trials with partners (NL, IT); • characterise fabrics (electrical resistance mapping, peel strength, wash resistance, dimensional stability). Profile: • MSc in Textile Engineering, Technical Textiles or Materials Science with 3-6 years' experience in woven fabric development or finishing; • hands-on rapier-loom and lamination experience. • Working language English; French an asset. • Valid driving licence (regular travel to weaving/lamination partners in NL, BE, FR, IT).
