SPV Accountant F/M - Luxembourg Reference: LU877373 Luxembourg EUR 60K - 65K per year Permanent Financial Services Apply now Our Client, a financial services provider based in Luxembourg, is looking for an Accountant specialized in Private Equity/Real Estate/Private Debt. Responsibilities: • Keeping records of financial transactions • Preparing interim and annual accounts • Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting and communicating the reporting to relevant parties • GAAP reconciliation between several GAAPs (US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and/or IFRS) • Calculating tax provisions, and additionally reviewing tax returns • Liaising with external parties like tax advisors, auditors, joint venture partners, asset managers, property managers • Communicating and coordinating with internal and international departments • Responding to administrative/accounting issues and answering queries • Preparation of distribution memorandums • Administrative compliance • Administrative follow-up and filing The profile: • At least bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or equivalent • 1-3 years of experience in accounting of Private Equity/Real Estate/Private Debt SPVs in a service provider or financial services company Luxembourg • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and accurately and good organizational skills • Good working command of BOB 50 Benefits: • Homeworking / flexibility • Lunch Vouchers • Travel Insurance • Health Insurance • Pension Scheme • Training allowance If you are interested in this position, please send your application to Roxane Klein.
