Financial Reporting Analyst F/M - Investment management firm Reference: LU877414 Luxembourg Permanent Financial Services Apply now Our client is a leading international asset management firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg and a diversified range of regulated investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. As part of the continued growth of its Luxembourg operations, the company is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst, EMEA Funds to join its Fund Reporting & Audit team. Responsibilities • Coordinate the preparation and review of annual and semi-annual financial statements for investment funds • Act as a key contact for auditors, fund administrators and other external stakeholders during audit and reporting cycles • Oversee annual audit processes and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements • Support the preparation of reports for Boards, Conducting Persons and regulatory authorities • Monitor regulatory reporting obligations and contribute to the implementation of new regulatory requirements • Review administrator and depositary reporting and follow up on identified issues • Participate in the oversight of service providers, including KPI monitoring and due diligence reviews • Contribute to operational risk assessments and internal control reviews • Support projects related to process improvements, automation and business transformation initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Operations, Compliance and Fund Governance on a variety of reporting and oversight matters Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, audit, fund administration or a similar role within the investment funds industry • Good understanding of UCITS and alternative investment fund structures • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS • Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or equivalent would be considered an advantage • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable working with data and financial reporting systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an international environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English is mandatory Ready to take the next step?
