1. Have experience preparing traditional Georgian dishes 2. Be able to make Khinkali, Kharcho, Chashushuli, Kupati, Khachapuri, Ajapsandali and other Georgian specialties 3. Have good knowledge of traditional Georgian recipes and cooking techniques 4. Be able to work independently and efficiently in a professional kitchen 5. Be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness 6. Be reliable, responsible, and punctual 7. Have good teamwork and communication skills 8. Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
