About this role
Your responsibilities: - Booking of export shipments based on sales schedule + various shipments - Booking of import shipments as per purchasing department requests - Solution oriented: customer's needs and specific requirements, contribute to CFL's strategy - Control back orders - Preparation of shipping documents + supervising daily loading of the goods with parties involved (warehouse, shipping, guardhouse and carriers) - Incoterm analysis - Customs: export, import and transit declaration - Transport price negotiation and analysis - Invoicing: Transport cost control and investigation - Delivery performance follow-up and management of delivery issues - Transport's claim management and follow-up - Monthly statistics in line with the KPI's of the department - Continuous improvement of the logistic department's way of working - Close work with suppliers and internal departments to optimize the processes and goods transportation and customers' satisfaction Your profile: - Bachelor of Economics/Logistics or equivalent in Supply Chain - A first experience in the logistics field is a plus - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel (Pivot tables…), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required - Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP is an asset - Motivated, meticulous, curious, pro-active, flexible, hard worker, tenacious - Able to work under pressure as per CFL's specificities: “Just In Time” - Good team spirit - Fluent in written and spoken French and a good level in English - You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer a temporary contract based on a full time presence as well as good salary conditions in an international environment.
