The project aims to enhance the reliability, accuracy, and usability of chatbot interactions by ensuring robust testing and validation of business processes, user journeys, and multilingual content. The environment is Agile, collaborative, and quality-driven, with a strong emphasis on compliance and customer experience. As a Manual Business Tester, you will play a key role in validating chatbot functionality, business requirements, and end-to-end user journeys, ensuring that releases meet quality standards and business expectations before deployment. Profile Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for end-to-end and regression testing. Validate business requirements, user journeys, and functional behavior across integrated systems. Perform multilingual content validation (Dutch, French, and English), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate tone. Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Validate bug fixes and support release readiness activities. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Conversational Designers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. Assess testability, identify quality risks, and provide proactive feedback during development cycles. Maintain structured and reusable test documentation and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within testing and quality assurance practices. Support compliance, auditability, and quality standards within a regulated business environment. Required Skills & Expertise Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual Tester, Business Tester, Functional Tester, or QA Analyst. Strong experience in end-to-end testing and regression testing within complex digital environments. Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and test design techniques, including: Equivalence Partitioning Boundary Value Analysis Scenario-Based Testing Experience creating, executing, and maintaining detailed test cases and test documentation. Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Designers. Professional proficiency in English. Ability to validate multilingual content; knowledge of Dutch and French Should Have / Nice to Have Experience testing chatbot, conversational AI, or customer-facing digital applications. Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries. Hands-on experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar. Understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) and release management processes. Familiarity with compliance, audit, and quality assurance standards within enterprise environments. Experience working with multilingual applications and content validation. Knowledge of Agile quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
