Job description This International company has several offices in Europe and around the world. For the head office in Brussels, we are looking for a full service professional to centralize the daily catering needs of both employees and visitors at the office. You ensure that the daily logistic organization for breakfast, lunch and meeting orders for both employees and meetings runs smoothly. You are the first point of contact for both the company and the suppliers. You are also responsible for the daily replenishment and refilling of the various snack-corners inside the company building and the set-up of meeting and reception rooms. Profile Your ingredients : - You have a passion for hospitality - Making people happy is in your nature - You are motivated to work in an International environment and have experience within the hospitality sector - You are “hands on”, love to work, take initiative and are independent in your job - You are flexibly employable (38 hours per week) - You have an unerring sense of what a guest needs - even before they tell you - You are entrepreneurial and get energy from building a structure with a future vision - Knowledge of English and French is a must - You see challenges as opportunities.
