They are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can support the growth and development of this office. We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager to join a leading international law firm in Brussels. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior leadership in London and play a key part in supporting the firm's continued growth. Your new role You will be responsible for delivering both HR and legal recruitment services, including: Managing end-to-end recruitment for legal interns, trainees, and lateral hires Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience Building relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional bodies Supporting lawyer development, training, and performance review processes Advising on employee relations and HR policies Overseeing HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, ideally within a law firm or professional services Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset High level of confidentiality and professionalism Fluency in English and French or Dutch
