About the Role:

The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Workday Operations will be responsible for daily administration, maintenance, and operations of the Workday HCM system. Key responsibilities include managing business processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring absolute data integrity.The incumbent will report to the Head of HR Operations. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday including hiring employees in workday, core HCM transactions (job changes, transfers, promotions), compensation cycles, and exit/offboarding.Maintain and update organizational structures, job profiles, positions, compensation structures, and employee master data ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.Configure and monitor business processes, approval workflows, templates, and system controls across HCM modules.Ensure seamless data flow within the workday covering the entire employee lifecycle.Lead data governance activities including audits, validation checks, error resolution, and compliance with internal policies.Support annual processes such as performance reviews and compensation cycles ensuring timely updation of employee data and data accuracy.Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and Workday related updates.Ensure confidentiality, role-based security compliance, and readiness for audits.Key Result Areas:

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Workday administration.Bachelor’s degree (Master's will have an added advantage) Proven experience managing HRIS systems and driving HR process improvements.Workday Pro or HCM certification (Preferred).Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel (G-Suite will be an advantage)
