Local Service Manager - BRISBANE
Initial Hygiene has an excellent opportunity for a Local Service Manager to join our team.
Based in our Brendale office, this role is to lead and manage the Install and Special Services team and oversee the warehouse operations and stock management. This team provides Installations, removals and repairs of Initial Hygiene products and services, as well as routine servicing including first aid kits, Air purification systems, scenting and also Steam cleans of urinals/washrooms etc
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday and public holidays rostered off and includes a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and company uniform.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service, effective stock management, compliance and customer satisfaction.
The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:
Supervise, develop and coach a team of Service Technicians Manage all aspects of inventory control and warehouse area for HygieneMaintain strong key stakeholder relationships within our customer portfolioConduct & participate in monthly team and safety meetingsConduct regular site quality auditsConduct regular performance assessments with the team Inducting and training new staff members to the teamManaging and reviewing service runsAdministration related to servicing activities (eg. Organising Install Managing customer feedbackCovering service runs for Technicians when requiredOngoing performance managementControlling service costs for your areaMaintain Technician timesheets eg: Kronos The ideal candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate:
