About the RoleCostello Medical Singapore is seeking an Analyst to join our Evidence Development team. Evidence Development projects support decision-making in healthcare by providing high-quality clinical, economic and real-world evidence.

You will work on a range of projects, from systematic literature reviews to prospective, retrospective or cross-sectional real-world studies, including support for statistical analyses of patient-level clinical trial data, real-world data or synthesis of published aggregate data. You will help to answer a wide range of research questions on burden of disease, clinical effectiveness, comparative efficacy or economic topics, among others. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic client projects, develop your expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and be part of a collaborative, growing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing protocols and statistical analysis plans (in collaboration with our Statisticians, Epidemiologists, clients and external experts)Acquiring and analysing data, as well as communicating methodologies and results in both written and oral formatsContributing to strategic projects to support clients with their evidence generation strategiesYou will work in project teams alongside colleagues from all specialities to ensure that evidence development projects are completed to an exceptionally high standard, on time and in line with client expectations. This role will include a range of work with varying levels of technical requirements. You will receive one-to-one training in the technical aspects of the role, including project management and effective client communication. Delivering project work requires close collaboration with clients, and following a successful induction period you will increasingly participate in teleconferences and face-to-face meetings with external stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are collaborative, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for scientific writing and an interest in providing a great service to clients. Positions are available for those looking for an entry-level role in the field as well as those with some prior experience.

Essential requirements for the role are:

An undergraduate degree or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum CAP or GPA 4/5 or equivalent).
