About this role

As a Sales Executive (internally known as a Network Advisor ), you will play a key role in growing our network. Your primary focus will be recruiting new members to join our professional networks. You will engage with executives, specialists, and leaders, identify their needs, and connect them with the right peer groups—opening doors to collaboration, learning, and new opportunities. What Will You Do? Member Acquisition: Identify and approach professionals who would benefit from joining our network. Understand their unique needs and match them with the most suitable peer groups. Building Valuable Connections: Become a trusted advisor who helps professionals build relationships that contribute to their career and business success. Driving Professional Growth: By providing access to the right network, you help executives and entrepreneurs learn, share experiences, and excel in a supportive environment. ✅ You enjoy connecting with people and have a natural talent for building relationships—whether through phone calls, virtual meetings, or networking events. ✅ You are results-oriented and motivated to create value while achieving measurable outcomes. ✅ Experience in sales or account/relationship management is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates from other backgrounds who are eager to grow and develop new skills. ✅ Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required—we provide the tools and support you need to succeed. ✅ Strong Dutch and English language skills are preferred, and knowledge of an additional European language is considered a bonus.
