Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Account Specialist for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Account Specialist to lead enterprise account management and revenue growth across strategic accounts. This role requires strong experience in selling customized enterprise IT solutions, particularly in Data, AI, and system integration environments.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing the full sales lifecycle — from hunting and bidding to project implementation and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities:

Account & Revenue Ownership

Own the full account management lifecycleAct as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clientsMeet or exceed revenue targets through new customer acquisition and cross/upsellingDrive footprint expansion within allocated accountsGenerate and maintain accurate revenue forecasts

New Business Development

Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunitiesProspect strategically into CTOs, IT leaders, engineering heads, and technical stakeholdersGenerate new leads through professional networks, cold outreach, and market researchBuild strong executive-level relationships with business and financial decision-makers

Sales & Bidding Management

Own and manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding teamEnsure accuracy and quality of proposals and bid submissionsIndependently negotiate and close small and mid-sized dealsSupport the Account Director in closing large enterprise deals

Client Relationship & Project Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor on data and technology solutionsUnderstand client business models, data lifecycles, and transformation goalsParticipate from project kickoff through final sign-offMonitor customer satisfaction throughout implementationIdentify risks and opportunities within active projects

Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy

Conduct continuous market analysis of client industries and competitorsDevelop comprehensive account development plans covering revenue, risk, and opportunityIdentify new business lines relevant to client needsParticipate in trade shows and technology events to develop pipeline

Commercial & Administrative Management

Use CRM to log activities, track pipeline, and generate sales reportsCoordinate contract renewals and support collectionsFollow up on invoices and ensure payment collectionsMaintain updated customer documentation including contracts and proposalsCoordinate with marketing teams on joint campaigns and lead generation

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fieldEvidence of continued education in Sales and TechnologyMinimum 5 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experienceMandatory experience in customized enterprise IT solutions salesStrong experience in Data-related solutions (Data Consultancy, Data Management, Data Lakehouse, BI, AI/LLM) highly preferredAlternative acceptable background: customized software solutions or system integration (not SaaS/license-only sales)Experience selling to large enterprises (Public Sector, Banking, Telecom)Strong regional network within Saudi ArabiaBased in Saudi ArabiaNative Arabic speaker with fluent EnglishFamiliarity with data technologies and open-source ecosystems is a plusHands-on CRM experience preferred
