About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive strategic outbound growth and build a high-quality pipeline for our sales team.
This is a performance-driven role focused on proactive account penetration, multi-channel prospecting, and disciplined opportunity qualification. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in outbound SaaS sales and thrives in a metrics-driven, target-oriented environment.
You will play a critical role in accelerating Ampliphi’s expansion across North America by consistently generating qualified opportunities and engaging senior decision-makers.

The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Toronto, working in a hybrid work model!
What your day will look like:
Strategic Outbound Prospecting
Identify, research, and target independent hotels and hospitality groups aligned with Ampliphi’s Ideal Customer ProfileExecute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels)Engage hotel owners, general managers, and revenue leaders with tailored messagingPipeline Development
Generate and qualify high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover pricing challenges and revenue opportunitiesEnsure detailed and strategic handoff to closing sales representativesPerformance and Execution
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targetsMaintain strong activity levels with a focus on quality engagementMonitor personal performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordinglyCRM and Process Discipline
Maintain accurate and structured data within HubSpot CRMProvide clear pipeline visibility and activity reportingContribute to ongoing refinement of outbound processes and messagingMarket Awareness
Stay informed on hospitality and revenue management trendsProvide insights into competitive positioning and market feedbackAbout You:
Experience
3–5+ years of outbound BDR/SDR or SaaS sales experienceDemonstrated success in consistently generating a qualified pipelineExperience engaging senior-level decision-makersOutbound Expertise
Strong cold prospecting capabilities and account penetration skillsExperience executing multi-channel outbound campaignsAbility to balance activity volume with thoughtful account strategyCommercial Acumen
Strong qualification skills and ability to quickly identify business pain pointsConfident in communicating value propositions to business owners and operatorsPerformance Orientation
Metrics-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targetsResilient, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environmentOrganizational Strength
Excellent time management and pipeline organization skillsHigh standards for CRM hygiene and reporting accuracyPreferred Qualifications
