What Your Day Will Look LikeBusiness Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations and strategy of Sadie Enterprise within Fluent's AI portfolioDevelop and execute a growth-focused roadmap tailored to large, complex enterprise clientsTranslate vision into action—own P&L, go-to-market strategy, and org designOperational Excellence
Design scalable workflows for enterprise onboarding, support, and internal systemsDefine and monitor KPIs across key functions for performance optimizationSystematize repeatable processes while maintaining startup agilityAI Product & Technology Leadership
Leverage and help evolve Sadie's internally built AI voice technology for enterprise use casesRapidly validate ideas—ideally capable of leading or overseeing a PoC in weeksCollaborate with AI engineers and enterprise users to shape impactful, scalable solutionsDrive commercialization of AI voice technology in real-world enterprise environmentsTeam Building & Execution

About YouYou're entrepreneurial at your core—you've built, sold, or scaled something from zero to one (or one to ten)You understand the nuances of selling into and serving large, complex organizationsYou're hungry, young-at-heart, and thrive on ownership and autonomyYou may have a background in top-tier consulting, enterprise SaaS, or founder-led venturesYou execute fast—done is better than perfectYou see ambiguity as fuel—not a blockerYou have a real passion for AI and its commercial applications in the enterpriseYou don't need hand-holding—you lead the charge and make things happen
QualificationsEntrepreneurial or startup background highly preferredExperience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder environmentsDeep curiosity or working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, particularly voice or conversational AIProven leadership in a high-growth or early-stage environmentBachelor's degree in Business, AI, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Legally authorized to work in CanadaFluent in English (written and spoken)
