Requirements
Key Qualifications Years of relevant experience (depending on function). Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Relevant technical or functional expertise based on the role: Customer Service: Problem-solving, empathy, CRM familiarity. Admin/Executive Assistance: Organization, calendar management, attention to detail. Marketing & Communication: Content creation, social media, analytics basics. Technical Roles: Coding, QA, software tools, or engineering knowledge. Operations: Process improvement, project management, data handling.Benefits
