Role OverviewOur client is seeking a Founder’s Operator (Social Media & Content) to act as a strategic execution partner in building and scaling a content-driven growth engine. This role is centered on owning the end-to-end execution of social media, podcast production, and content systems that drive audience growth and brand authority.

You will operate as an extension of the founder—translating ideas into high-quality content, managing distribution, and continuously optimizing performance based on data and insights. The role requires a highly proactive and entrepreneurial individual who can take initiatives from concept to execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

In addition to execution, you will serve as a strategic partner by creating feedback loops between content performance and business decisions such as messaging, offers, and ideal customer profiles. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in startup environments, takes full ownership, and consistently drives outcomes while maintaining a high standard of quality and speed.

Your ImpactYou will play a critical role in building and scaling the company’s digital presence by driving consistent, high-quality content output across multiple channels. Your work will directly influence audience growth, engagement rates, and brand authority through data-driven content strategies. You will establish systems for content creation, repurposing, and distribution that improve efficiency and consistency. Additionally, you will create feedback loops between content performance and business strategy, helping refine offers, messaging, and ideal customer profiles. Your ability to execute quickly and iterate based on performance insights will significantly contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.

Core ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution – 35% Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create both short-form and long-form content aligned with business goals and audience needs. Write compelling scripts, posts, and content narratives that drive engagement. Schedule and publish content consistently using social media tools. Continuously test and iterate content formats based on performance data. Podcast & YouTube Management – 25% Set up and optimize YouTube channel and podcast platforms (branding, profiles, descriptions). Manage guest pipeline including sourcing, outreach, and scheduling 4–6 weeks in advance. Coordinate podcast logistics including invites, reminders, and recording management. Conduct guest research and prepare discussion questions for the host. Oversee publishing, distribution, and audience engagement (comments, responses). Content Repurposing & Distribution – 20% Develop and execute a repurposing strategy across multiple platforms. Convert long-form content into short-form assets (clips, highlights, hooks). Leverage AI tools to scale content production and distribution. Identify top-performing content and reuse it strategically across channels. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content formats. Analytics & Growth Optimization – 10% Track and analyze content performance metrics across platforms. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Optimize content strategy based on engagement and conversion data. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations. Operations & Coordination – 10% Manage tools and workflows related to content and marketing operations. Coordinate with external contractors such as video editors when needed. Source and manage freelancers via platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. Support newsletter creation and distribution efforts.Requirements

Key RequirementsMust-Haves (Required)5+ years of experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or business owners in fast-paced environments. Proven experience building and managing social media or content systems end-to-end. Strong background in content strategy, writing, and multi-platform content execution. Experience with podcast and/or YouTube channel setup and management. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and initiative. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize strategies. Ability to thrive in unstructured, startup environments with minimal direction.Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)Experience in B2B startups, consulting firms, or marketing agencies. Experience managing freelancers or contractors for content production. Familiarity with email newsletter platforms and list management. Basic video editing skills for short- and long-form content. Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and productivity. Willingness to support light administrative tasks if needed.
