About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant with a strong project management mindset. Your mission is to create structure, document processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the business.

This is not a typical VA role — you will own systems, SOPs, and workflow management to help the company scale efficiently.

2–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or project management Proven ability to create SOPs and streamline workflowsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working remotely in a fast-moving apparel/e-commerce environment
