We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Commercial Marketing Manager to drive growth across WHOOP’s retail business. This cross-functional role will lead sales forecasting, investment planning, performance analysis, pricing and promotion strategy, and partner closely with Finance, Operations, Analytics, and the broader Marketing team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional problem solver, data translator, and operator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role can be located in Ireland (remote) or Boston.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain monthly retailer-level sales forecasts in partnership with Finance & Sales

Own reporting of weekly trading performance by region and retailer

Inform financial outlooks and shape the business narrative for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Marketing to allocate and optimize advertising spend across retail campaigns

Draft business cases and pitch decks for new growth initiatives

Lead the analytics roadmap, partnering with the Analytics team to optimize and automate reporting

Integrate Retail performance into Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)

Align with DTC & Marketplaces on omnichannel promotional strategies to maximize sell-through efficiently

Conduct margin analyses to support new product launches and retailers

Partner with Finance on quarterly LTV/CAC modeling to assess efficiency and guide resource allocation

Monitor Retail OKRs/KPIs, surface performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions

Liaise with Operations to ensure alignment on SLA performance and S&OP milestones

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in finance, strategy, analytics, or a commercial function

Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights

Experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning multiple stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative

High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Sigma, Tableau, or SQL a plus

Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into workflows to drive smarter, faster decision-making

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirement
