This job is based in Brussels. Business Manager – The Role: Prospect and secure new clients and projects across Belgium, overseeing the entire business development process. Create, organize, and deliver commercial bids and tender submission Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution Handle the full financial cycle of client relationships, from bids to invoicing and credit control Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prospects, handling requirements assessment, commercial discussions, contract terms, schedules, and resource distribution. Business Manager – About You: You have a first experience of at least 2 years in a similar role (Business Manager), as a full-cycle recruiter or as a Sales Officer in the IT Industry You are fully bilingual (C2 level) in French and Dutch, with a good command of English An appetite for sales (cold & warm leads) is a must in this role!
