About this role
Your Role As an Inside Sales Software Public, you are the main point of contact for our customers in the public sector. You act as the link between clients, suppliers, and distribution centers, ensuring every contract is executed smoothly and accurately. Your responsibilities: Contract management from A to Z: You manage framework agreements and ensure proper execution in line with our commitments. Quotations and orders: You prepare quotes, process orders, and handle all administrative follow-up through to invoicing. Commercial growth: You maintain existing contracts and actively look for opportunities to expand them in collaboration with key account manager. Collaboration: You work closely with key account managers, vendors, and distributors to provide excellent customer service. Process improvement: You identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to optimize workflows. Knowledge sharing: You stay up to date with market trends and IT developments, sharing your insights with the team. You’ll mainly work from our Brussels office, with the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis. Your Profile You are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who: Is available full-time (Monday–Friday) for a temporary 6-month contract with potential conversion to a permanent contract at end of this period. Combines organizational skills with commercial flair, building strong relationships and thinking proactively with clients. Works accurately and methodically, with great attention to detail — a must in the public sector. Has a genuine interest in IT and technology. Communicates fluently in French (and/or Dutch) and English. Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience. Has knowledge of Microsoft 365 and an understanding of the public sector (a plus). Can stay focused on administrative and procedural tasks over long periods.
