About this role
We are looking for 2 full-time Ramen chefs who have worked in Asian restaurants for at least 2 years for our new restaurant in Copenhagen. You have to learn about Asian spices and the flavor combinations of different types of ramen. You must have responsibility in the kitchen and make orders for both restaurant visits and takeaway. You must have good communication with colleagues and the owner. You must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as well as public holidays. The working hours are 37 hours which will be allotted to 5 days per week.
