About this role
Responsibilities Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 to guide the organization through digital change. Challenge business stakeholders on their requirements to define effective to-be process designs. Harmonize business processes across various departments and international partner organizations. Refine internal process modeling methodologies and provide coaching to other analysts. Facilitate the validation of as-is and to-be processes to ensure organizational support. Support business users during post-implementation and lead change management training sessions. Requirements 5+ years experience in process analysis, identifying business needs, and documenting as-is and to-be states. Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML methodologies. Practical experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect for process modeling. Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent professional background. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge status quo and reach consensus among stakeholders. You are fluent in English , Dutch , and French . Nice to Haves Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps . Previous experience within the energy or electricity sector.
