About this role

About Us: We are a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable and organized Director / Business Operations Manager to handle our daily operations and ensure high-quality service for our clients. Your Main Tasks: Manage Staff: Supervise, check, and guide our cleaning employees. Coordinate daily work schedules. Work with Owner: Have regular meetings and close communication with the business owner to report on performance and planning. Business Meetings: Represent the company in professional meetings with corporate clients and business partners. Quality Inspections: Travel to different work sites to inspect the quality of the cleaning and ensure company standards are met. What We Are Looking For: Prior experience in management, supervision, or business operations (cleaning industry experience is a plus). Strong communication skills and a professional attitude for business meetings. Good organizational skills to handle both office tasks and field inspections. What We Offer: A full-time position (37 hours per week) with high responsibility. Employment terms that match Danish standards for management roles.
