Operations & Team Management Lead - Role & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and service quality Manage and support technical and operational teams , fostering collaboration and accountability Oversee projects and process improvements , from planning through execution Collaborate with IT, engineering, and management to align priorities and objectives Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies Support incident handling, escalation management, and operational continuity Operations & Team Management Lead - Profile Experience in operations management , team leadership, or project coordination Strong ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking Background in technical, infrastructure, or fast-paced environments Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong leadership mindset with ability to motivate and guide teams Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
