You’ll play a key role in strengthening a security posture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding security best practices across the organization—where technology, governance, and real-world impact meet. Security Officer - Tasks & Responsibilities Ensure alignment with ISO 27001:2022 standards and continuously improve the ISMS framework Support implementation and compliance with NIS2 directive requirements Safeguard data protection practices in line with GDPR regulations Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed security-by-design principles Security Officer - Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security or information security roles Solid knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 , NIS2 , and GDPR frameworks Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving mindset English & Dutch (mandatory) French is a strong asset Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate risks and drive improvements Open to feedback and continuous learning mindset
