Windows System Administrator – The Job Administer and maintain Windows servers , Active Directory, Exchange, and endpoints. Ensure system stability, performance, and security across all Windows infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, including hardware, software, and access issues. Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize IT operations . Windows System Administrator – The Match Strong experience in Windows server administration and IT operations. Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and virtualization. Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Understanding of IT security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management. Clear communicator, capable of supporting users with varying technical skills.
