Our client is a growing company focused on IT services and professional B2B software solutions. They are currently seeking a motivated Support Engineer (3rd line) ready to take on technical challenges and deliver high-quality service to clients. Support Engineer - Your Job Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems , ensuring reliability and performance for clients. Manage and configure Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and related tools. Identify potential technical issues early and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. Handle hardware and network equipment, making sure all devices are properly configured and up to date. Provide daily technical support to clients, offering clear solutions and practical advice tailored to their needs. Support Engineer - Your Profile Junior to mid-level experience ( minimum 3 years in a similar role ). Fluent in French and English; Dutch is considered an advantage. Strong technical background with tools and technologies such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SharePoint, Apple environments, Cisco, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and switching. Able to work independently while taking initiative when needed. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
