This is the opportunity that will change your career ICT Administrator - What's the job about Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues , ensuring seamless operation of laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure , including servers, virtual environments, and cloud services. Manage IT security, compliance, and documentation while promoting best practices and user awareness . Assist with equipment deployment, lifecycle management , and end-user training to optimize technology adoption. Collaborate with the ICT manager on system improvements and deliver exceptional technical support across all company offices. ICT Administrator - Who are you Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical roles. Proactive and solution-oriented , eager to learn and adopt new technologies . Resourceful with a “Swiss knife” mindset , able to handle diverse challenges effectively. Responsible, motivated, and customer-focused , delivering high-quality results. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently , fluent in English and French .
