About this role
Our client is a well-known business services organization in Belgium, undergoing a major digital transformation with a customer-centric focus, and is looking to strengthen its transformation team with a Project Manager. You will lead IT and digital projects end-to-end, from scoping and requirements definition to delivery and benefits realization, in close collaboration with business teams and Business Analysts. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while proactively managing risks and dependencies. You will monitor KPIs, report progress to stakeholders and the Group, and drive decision-making through steering committees. You will engage sponsors and key stakeholders, foster collaboration across IT and business teams, and maintain a strong delivery focus. You will contribute to the development of the Project Management Center of Excellence by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement. Profile You have 5+ years in program/project management and a proven track record with successful delivery of transformation projects Strong interest and understanding of digital technologies, IT systems, and how they enable business transformation. Dutch, French and English are mandatory
