We are looking for an **International Affairs Specialist** to join the International Services team in Helsinki, for permanent employment. The employment starts in August, as agreed. As International Affairs Specialist, you: - will mainly work on Haaga-Helia Pasila Campus for business and other educations - advise and support students and staff in international affairs - coordinate Erasmus+ and other mobility programmes application and reporting - manage mobility grant payments, document management and process development - cooperate with our partner institutions abroad - confidently give inspiring presentations both in Haaga-Helia's internal info sessions and externally in international contexts - support Haaga-Helia´s degrees and competence areas in implementing international activities - are responsible for compiling the mobility statistics The person we are looking for is expected to have - A higher education degree (Masters level) - Experience in international cooperation, international administration in higher education, and Erasmus-proramme - Fluent Finnish and English language skills; other language skills are considered an asset - Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive working attitude - One or preferably two referees with their contact details mentioned in the application **We offer**a dynamic and international working environment, enthousiastic work atmosphere, and a diverse and impactful role where you can contribute to developing Haaga-Helias international activities We offer excellent opportunities for developing oneself.
