Responsibilities Develop customized ERP functionalities Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical or functional solutions Manage full ERP implementations for SME clients Provide technical and application support (via internal ticketing system) Write and execute SQL queries for data management Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients Contribute to upgrades, maintenance, and system evolution phases Profile Proven experience in a technical or functional ERP-related role Solid knowledge of SQL (both reading and writing) Skills in software development (particularly C#) and/or business process analysis, depending on the position Strong understanding of business processes (accounting, supply chain, production, etc.) Autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving orientation Comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external Fluent Dutch required; English is mandatory for some roles; French is a plus
