Conduct fiberglass work, including cutting, fitting, and finishing. Execute precise sanding procedures to prepare surfaces. Read and follow technical work instructions accurately. Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Job requirements Proven experience as a skilled worker in hand lamination, infusion, and fiberglass work. A technical background in boat building or a related composite field. Ability to work independently with a structured and accurate approach. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Capable of working effectively under deadlines. English skills: Medium level required. Salary and benefits Hourly gross salary: 161.60 kr./hour + 11% private pension. Holiday money 12.5%. Accommodation and transportation to work: provided if needed.
