We are currently looking for a fulltime cook, who is skilled and passionate about food. We are looking for a good addition to our team - someone who is great at working by themselves, but also as part of a bigger team, and is ready to take on responsibility, and be a part of a professional work environment. Requirements for this position: Understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible when it comes to shifts (holidays, weekends, evenings) Basic knowledge of cooking methods, equipment and things alike Able to contribute positively to the teamwork and keep and maintain good communication Duties and responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to the menu and presentation standards Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service hours Maintain a clean and organized work space Report faulty equipment or shortages to management Work closely with kitchen staff and contribute positively to the smooth daily operations Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels If interested, please contact us and send us your application to [email protected] Kind regards, Café Phenix Team
