You are a social and trustworthy person who can easily build good relationships. You have the strategic ability to see the whole picture where you can clarify the business and the way forward and feel comfortable in delivering presentations to internal colleagues and external customers. You are confident in yourself and you share our values based on everyone´s equal value, diversity and differences to create a high-performing organization. Language skills you need are good English - Turkish is compulsory. SSAB Special Steels is looking for a strategic, technical skilled Regional Sales Manager for Turkey with responsibility to develop sales and growth plans towards our existing and new customers in defined geographical area in Turkey. As RSM in Turkey you are playing an important role of developing and build Special Steels market and strategy. You meet our customers in daily sales activities and problem solving, listen to their needs and use your competence in order to build customer value and profitability. You will report to Area Sales Manager for Turkey. Depending on your wish you will work out of home office or nearest SSAB office in Turkey. Location in Adana or Mersin. About the position In this sales team we need a new member having strong curiosity, positive attitude and a solution oriented mindset. You need strategic thinking, a structured way of working and some technical experience to be part of our professional International team. We have an extensive steel grade portfolio that can support a diverse customer base. As RSM you have the responsibility to develop sales of high strength steel in Special Steels region together with our technical support function. Usually you have several customer meetings per week and then do follow-up, reporting and planning. Main Purpose •Independently set up sales presentations, contracts and proposals •Negotiate offer including prices and delivery times and other terms within limits of authority •Contribute to the strategy development in the Sales Area. Implement the strategy independently and in teams to reach short and medium term strategic goals and end-user reach. •Secure yearly sales and marketing targets with existing and potential new customers, segments and applications •Identify upgrading opportunities in the field and call for relevant resources to convert these opportunities into business •Drive, execute and document key activities in our customer relationship management system/Salesforce. •Do the job safely at all times, share relevant risk observations with the organisation and help colleagues to act safely Position consists of traveling up to 60-70% of the time.
