About this role
Responsibilities Elicit and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements through active stakeholder engagement. Translate stakeholder needs into detailed product backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and technical teams to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement during the migration to the new platform. Support quality assurance by defining test cases and facilitating User Acceptance Testing to validate project requirements. Provide training and support to key users and service desk teams during the post-launch and hypercare phases. Requirements Proven experience in business and functional analysis specifically for digital projects or website migrations. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, web technologies, and SEO principles. Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as DevOps and Confluence . You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to documentation. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and focusing on end-to-end solution delivery. You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French . Nice to Haves Experience with data migration and content management systems. Knowledge of usability and web accessibility standards. Good level of German .
