Seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide analysis and delivery of digital and operational transformation projects. Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions from ideation to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple countries. Key responsibilities Lead project ideations to define scope, assess risks, and structure solution options for business decisions Develop logical data models and document functional requirements with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle Establish API design standards, ensuring secure access and GDPR-compliant data handling Manage the annual roadmap, conduct quarterly stakeholder alignment sessions, and structure backlog refinements to improve sprint planning Monitor operational metrics via dashboards, setting alert thresholds and reporting logic Facilitate cross-country workshops and act as primary liaison among business, product, and technical teams Business analysis Solution design Roadmap planning Stakeholder management Data modeling API design GDPR-compliant data handling Backlog management Workshop facilitation User training and knowledge transfer Documentation standardization Qualifications 10+ years of business analysis experience Proven track record on end-to-end digital transformation projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Experience in mobility, payments, or operational systems Experience delivering in multi-country or cross-team contexts CBAP® or equivalent business analysis certification Scrum or agile delivery certification or background
