Responsibilities Coordinate and assign work to a multidisciplinary team to automate and digitize backend service delivery. Orchestrate the release train by managing dependencies, priorities, and strategic alignment with the organizational roadmap. Implement pragmatic governance structures, including rituals, reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking. Foster collaboration between the strategy team, PMO, and technical departments to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Coach and develop team members to improve autonomy and facilitate knowledge transfer within the project. Represent the team in steering committees and program increment planning to report on progress and strategic benefits. Requirements 8+ years in Program & Project Management including scoping, resource planning, and budget management. 8+ years with Agile collaboration models within complex or public sector environments. Proven experience in Backend service digitalization and automation initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in People Management within a non-hierarchical project context. Solid background in governance, risk management, and reporting techniques. Ability to coach junior profiles and facilitate sustainable knowledge transfer.
