As an AI engineer you will be joining a Voice AI company developing next-generation conversational technologies that redefine how organizations interact with customers. You'll work on cutting-edge solutions spanning speech recognition, AI agents, voice analytics, call automation, and conversational intelligence, helping create scalable products that enable natural, human-like interactions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems powering conversational and voice-based applications. Build and optimize speech-to-text (Stt), text-to-speech (TTS), natural language understanding (NLU), and conversational AI pipelines. Develop intelligent voice agents for customer support, lead qualification, scheduling, and workflow automation. Create data processing and feature engineering workflows for large-scale conversational datasets, including call recordings, transcripts, CRM interactions, customer journeys, and behavioral signals. Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval systems, and agent orchestration frameworks. 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, NLP Engineering, or a related field. Strong Python development skills. Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems. Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, conversational AI, or NLP applications. Experience working with large-scale customer interaction, transactional, or behavioral datasets. Knowledge of speech technologies, vector databases, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks is a strong plus. Nice to have: Experience with Openai, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLM ecosystems. Experience with Langgraph, Langchain, Crewai, or agent orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with Twilio, SIP, WebRTC, telephony platforms, or contact-center technologies. Experience with real-time inference systems and low-latency AI applications.
