About this role

Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of the Marketing Engagement Platform (MEP). Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for digital initiatives. Define first-party data strategies to establish a comprehensive 360-degree customer view. Integrate AdTech and Data Clean Room use cases into the marketing ecosystem. Facilitate workshops to ensure alignment between marketing, IT, and data teams. Oversee omnichannel campaign orchestration across email, push, and digital channels. Apply GDPR and consent management principles to all data processes and customer journeys. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation , CRM , MarTech , or Data Strategy . You bring proven expertise with Marketing Automation and Engagement Platforms . You possess solid experience in Data Architecture , Segmentation , and Personalization . You're experienced in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders in complex environments. You have strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills. You are fluent in Dutch and French with professional knowledge of English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of AdTech and Data Clean Room technologies. Experience with Bloomreach . Proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping and service design.
