Responsibilities Define and drive the global project roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic organizational objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and avoid operational bottlenecks. Identify potential risks and resource constraints, implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans. Establish governance structures and provide regular progress reporting to executive leadership. Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and external partners to align technical architectures and systems. Oversee the transformation of business domains including administrative, operational, and citizen-oriented services. Guide the integration of emerging technologies and data-driven insights into the core operational model. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Management within the public sector. 8+ years of experience in Change Management and People Management . 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Process Management & Modeling . 3+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally in a Product Owner capacity. 3+ years of experience implementing CRM , ERP , or citizen-facing web applications . 1+ years of experience with Lean Optimization techniques. You possess expert knowledge of organizational transformation and public sector regulatory frameworks. You're proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. You are fluent in Dutch and French with active knowledge of English . Nice to Haves Willingness to obtain or possession of a Prince2 certification. Possession of a Scrum Product Owner certification. Experience with Intelligence Artificielle and emerging technology integration.
